  Great finance company! I don't know why other people are negative but they were amazing! Paula was my account representative and she always communicated with me if I needed to move a pay date they worked with me! I even unfortunately got my car repo'd once during my loan and Paula helped me resolve this issue so that I didn't have to pay thousands of dollars. I was able to get my car back and now finally paid in full. I would recommend this finance company to anyone. In fact I did my cousin purchased a car from ABC Moter credit and has her loan with DBS financial. I can't say enough great things about them! Thank you to Debbie at ABC and Paula at DBS I am a happy customer! Also to the people below DBS is a FINANCE company they didn't sell you your car! If your car is junk A: why did you buy it and B: You should take that up with the car lot who sold it to you! Also I get life happens but they were more than willing to help me when my car was taken!

  So here’s my dilemma I had a warranty on my car ran out because I had my car for 3 1/2 years so yesterday it started making a weird noise I took it to a mechanic he told me the engine was blown in it I called DBS to find out my options they told me that I could qualify for a service loan OK. So I’m going to pay $573 for a car that doesn’t work right now on top of probably another hundred and some dollars for a service one for the car and drop another 6 to 7000 in the car for an engine when the car is only worth left about six 7000 so it will go up to 12,000 for the car they told me even if I have the car or not I still owe The balance of my lown The way they do business and their warranties I wouldn’t go to them if you paid me they’re not worth the time

  Dbs financial is terrible auto loan company. They will not work with you at all. They will communicate they are trying to help and they will overcharged. I had a car from them for 2 months the car already needed front breaks, rear breaks, the front fender was super glued and the car ran hot from needing coolant. Then my car payment gets behind i keep in contact with them. I make a payment and they still repo the car without notice. I asked to speak to manager they say he is on vacation all of sudden. I even have emails, text messages and recording phone call saying would be fine after of making double payment. I wouldn’t do business with them.
