      No matter what branch i go in i am always met by very polite tellers and bankers and managers r always there to answer any questions i have.

      I go once or twice a month to this locate to get some cash and it is always a pain. There is two drive-thru ATM's and it seems that something is unsully wrong with one or both when I visit. Today I pull up to the one in the wall of the bank and there is a sign on it that you can't use... so I drive around the building to the other one and it is doing a Software Update... Really... you need to do the update at 3:30 PM? Why wouldn't you do it like at 2 am? So then I drive around the bank again and get in line to withdraw money and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait... now my lunch break is about over and I finally just backup and leave without MY MONEY. Thanks again for wasting my time.

      I AM RATING THE BRANCH SERVICE, not CHASE BANK OR THE RATING WOULD BE A FLAT ZERO STARS AS IN DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH CHASE. Branch service earns five for Keyla Franks providing good service (albeit with zero personality) to a very unhappy Chase bank customer.
