      Customer service is abysmal. The only way you are going to get help is to go into a branch in person. 2.5 + hour wait by phone. Similar by only chat from their website. It’s been this way for months. I get the Covid lack of staff situation but this is ridiculous. On top of that they have been rolling out a new website/online banking platform. This has been a mess in terms of trying to login (password resets send you authentication codes that don’t work) plus the old site is still up. New site doesn’t accept membership numbers to login. I could go on. Planning to close my account soon.
