      The service at this location seems to have dropped off precipitously of late. It's strange given that a competitor, Chase Bank, just moved in next door. I suspect that there are plans to close this TD location and that the staff simply don't care about service anymore.

      Ordered foreign currency, then waited a week before hearing anything. Called them and they somehow had no record of it.. then who took my name and number?? Probably time to move our accounts elsewhere anyway.
