      I’ve used this bank for over 23 years and always have had a professional, friendly experience until today. Apparently new staff and all three of the employees had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional attitude. There were 3 employees working at the time I was there in the drive up and altogether just 2 customers yet my husband and I are still waiting to be helped …. 21 more minutes goes by and one at a time all three employees just say “ we’re really busy so it gonna be a minute “! Altogether my husband and I waited 37 minutes to get anything done with the employees having horrible attitudes. With only 1 other customer. The inside had not one person until we were driving away. It’s ridiculous how customer service has gone to such a low value.
