  My experiences with DNS was good. They executed the negotiations, I think with in 2 to 3 months. I received emails when I needed to sign documents to get the payments going. I had 5 creditors in the services but I took one of creditors out of the program because I was able to pay it off on my own.. so if are in need of their services I do recommend them..paying off that debt has help me to feel at ease and not so stressed anymore..

  Warning, never use any negotiation company for any simple credit card debt. The promise of 36 months and 50% savings is a far cry from what this negotiator has done. I stopped payments at 36 months. According to them, they negotiated for another 10 months, With my potential final savings of 27%. The brochure says money back anytime, which is exactly what I did as soon as I felt wronged. You can work directly with the credit card company and do it yourself. Personal experience has shown direct dealing with a credit card company was 24 months or less and a savings of well more than 50%. Thankfully they are faster at trying to respond to negative criticism than they are to doing what they say. One more note to add. They sent a contract for me to sign and I refused to sign it. They went ahead and took their money. According to my local attorney they breached the contract.

  We encourage all consumers to do their own research on debt settlement services as well as to thoroughly read their contracts before engaging in any business arrangement. This individual decided after his settlements that his fees were too high despite it being clearly printed in his contract from day one. We would have been more than happy to close out his account at any time and return his funds but for whatever reason he opted to wait until we were finished to have issues. We already attempted multiple times in good faith to resolve this with the client who simply refused to communicate.

  We signed up for a 3 year program very nervous about the process but they made us feel at ease from the start. It was like a weight lifted off us every time they settled. We just received the remainder of our funds from them after the final settlement and had dinner out to celebrate our graduation. Thanks to the DNS team for everything.
