      The owners confidence is through the roof as to what she can do for you but trying to get her to call you back is a whole different story. I can't tell you how stressful it was trying to get in touch with nicole to get my taxes done and file a offer of compromise. Long story short I finally gave up trying to get my taxes and offer and compromise done because I couldn't get her to call me back. She kept saying it's ok we got this, but I ended up getting a lean on my property from IRS and decided to give my business to another company. I made a mistake by sending original receipts to this company cause now they won't send my receipts back to me. I asked several times and no reply over and again. Currently seeking legal action in Hope's that I can get my property back
