      The company as a whole helped a lot to clear the debt we had. I often needed to be the person to reach out to get the status updates on our account, but I’m sure they have high caseloads, no backup staff and it was a Covid year. All in all, follow-ups were done and accounts were settled. The program works and can be very helpful to those in need.

      So we have been working with DSG/DebtRX since Dec.2017. At first they did not keep us informed.I had to call constantly to get updates. Once they finally saw that we are people who want updates, they kept us informed. Now here we are finally closing out with them. They were able to get most of our debts negotiated, we are leaving with maybe 1 or 2 still not done as the companies that held the account didn't accept the offer to settle from DebtRX. Those accounts went SOL. There is confusion at this business. It's not on the customer service people. Any business I have worked for myself and also in the army, the problems "roll down hill". I called in about 2 or 3 times and got different answers as to what we still owed. You have no official account after the negotiations are done. Why??? In my opinion, this company needs an official program to not only keep from giving the wrong information, but also to make the customer feel more confident about working with them.
