      If there was an ability to give negative stars I would. This was once a fenomenal credit union with great customer service until it was bought by Decatur Earthmover. Since then you are now unable to speak with anyone directly at the branch. You are sent to a call center stationed who knows where. They changed the hours and removed the ATM without any notice. So you are unable to get cash if you work mon-fri until 430. This branch used to be open on Saturday, now closed even though states online they are open. They don't update your account daily, don't an app to manage, and it an arm and a leg to try and set up your online account. The programming they use is outdated and freezes locks up periodically. Most of the time I try and log in online it states the system is down try again later. The unprofessionalism from who is in charge is baffling. Closed all accounts today they aren't worth the hastle anyone. Wouldn't recommend to anyone want to efficiently manage their money.

      I am not a customer. I brought a check written out to me from a customer of this establishment. I told the teller this. She said no problem and wrote all over it under where she had me endorse. Well, come to find out my expired ID wont allow this. Not even a one time exception available. The real kicker is that she has now written on the back of the check and NOBODY will take it. Thanks for practically robbing me. Glad it was only $60 but lesson learned about service quality offered here.
