      My fiancé & I rented a house from QHL last year. The house was okay, but our renting experience was less than ideal. A few months after we moved in, the oven stopped working. We contacted QHL to fix it & they told us that the maintenance man was on vacation but that he’d fix it when he returned. He never showed up & the oven never got fixed in the whole year that we lived there, even after repeated attempts to get someone out to the house. When we moved out, it took 4 months of going back and forth about our security deposit before we finally received it back, but only after we were overcharged for cleaning. Not a horrible place to rent from, but not the most organized or timely.

      Horrible place to rent from. The do not do what they say. They only make promises. Will not recommend. And to whomever keeps deleting the negative posts... I will continue to express my dissatisfaction with this company. The conditions they expect you to live in are unacceptable but rent is still due.
