      I called to ask about that status of my state tax refund since I filed 6 weeks ago and haven’t heard a thing back. The first time that I called, they answered then hung up on me. The second time I called, I was talking to a girl with a J name, I forgot it. I had kindly greeted her and began to explain a message that I received and she cut me off and didn’t let me finish. Okay, red flag #1. Then, after being on hold we talked about why my refund was being held (being audited) and I let her know that the message online said that the letter was sent out. She then said, in a rude voice, “okay well I SAIDDDDDD” and I let her know that she needs to watch who in the hell she was talking to !. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NASTY !!!! And apparently, I’m not the only one who has had an issue with these rude state workers. Very disappointed and disgusted, shame on her.
