      I rarely post reviews, but Michelle was too amazing not to!! Always a phone call or email away, she made my first time home buying experience much nicer. I shopped around with a few lenders before going with Delmar mortgage, as they were “on the ball” and had me preapproved quicker, and for more money. Michelle definitely knows what she is doing, and explained everything to me - in words I would understand. Not only was Michelle an absolute pro, her team was amazingly exceptional, as well. The underwriters were quick and thorough, and her assistant Bianca was super friendly, and great at communicating with us and making sure we stayed on top of what we needed - and when, so we would meet our closing date. We were able to close early, prior to our contract date by 2 weeks! I will always recommend Delmar Mortgage (& ask for Michelle Bailey/Bianca) to all of my friends and family.
