  I opened a Saving account at this bank about 4 months ago and was trying to make the deposit online, and a note saying online deposit is not available for the account. I called the customer service and asked them to resolve this, and they said they can't and I need to wait until March 15th 2021 to be able to use the bank app to make deposits. I'm closing this account. This bank is not reliable..

  We were fully prepared and it was our 2nd meeting to close an auto loan. The process took entirely too long for a second meeting. However, Tyler Foster was the representative we worked with and he did a fabulous job! We were very pleased working with him in person and over the phone. The delay was due to the fact that there was a shortage of remote loan officers and a lot of requests in cue. It seems this could have happened at any branch. I wished the branch manager would have stepped in to check on us but he did call the next day to apologize which was appreciated. Our typical Delta branch is downtown near our house and we have always had positive experiences.

Although we always strive to provide fast service for our members, we have received a large influx of applications this month due to our current Auto Loan Promotion. Our Consumer Lending team is working hard to fund every loan as quickly as possible, but wait times might be a bit longer than usual.
