With rates so low, I had decided to refinance my home with my current lender as I thought it would be a simple process, after 5 months of still not being able to close and much frustration I reached out to Mr. Isaac Berry with Southeast Mortgage. I had used them to purchase my home four years prior and remembered how smooth the process had been. Mr. Berry is the best in the business, his professionalism and work ethic is like no other. Not only was able to get the refinance done in approximately 4 weeks, but I was able to get a better rate which my prior company had said could not be done. The process was smooth and easy, and aside from submitting documents that were requested, I didn't have to do anything else. Mr. Berry communicated effectively and kept me informed of every step throughout the process. The closing was convenient as I was able to do it from home. I am extremely happy with their service, I've recommended them to my friends, and will use them again in the future.
