      Worst bank ever. Within the last five months they have lost over $600 of my funds paid using their bill pay that were sent to the wrong address by bill pay and they refuse to correct the problem. They deposited an $18,000 check to the wrong account causing me to bounce checks and tried to make out it was my problem when they deposited the check to the account of the issuer not my account. Never ever use these folks they are beyond incompetent.

      It's nice to know some things never change, like the horrible 'customer service' continually dished out by SunTrust, er...'Truist' at their locations. The old location on the next block of Dallas Hwy in front of Lowes was like this for decades until SunTrust saw fit to shutter it overnight without any advance notification to long-time customers. Yes, we all remember this location with fond hate due to the long drive-through lines that wrapped around the building, especially on payday Fridays. Interested customers should Google how well this forced merger with BBT is going and be aware. 'Truist' hires starry eyed and glazed look new grads and people that simply don't care and even barely speak English at their branch locations. It's just another symptom of modern day America unfortunately. Young doofs that can't hold conversations without staring at a phone. I would move my banking business but it wouldn't even matter. Wells Fargo and the other mega banks are the same way, like Burger Kings with ATMs.
