      They have A fee for everything. And if your account is over drawn because they close on something 5 mins before the end of the day another 35.00 fee. worst bank I have ever been apart of. Going back to my old bank where the r more Flexible.

      Horrible bank, rude and they take forever. I will continue my banking with cedar lake At least that bank knows what they are doing and has a friendly smile.

      The app is terrible and outdated. The app for this bank takes days to show what your actual balance is and delays transactions you've completed so you think you have more money than you do and then surprise you don't. The ATM is super slow. The security measures are very old school and you have to go in person to change your password when most other banks just ask you for your social and a couple of other pieces of information over the phone. When you do go in person, the service is very slow. This last part is irrelevant to the service, but, the bank inside looks like the gaudy house of an elderly woman with it's outdated floral wall print.
