  Denise is dedicated to customer service and that is why I am a repeat customer. She is very professional and thorough. This is an extremely competitive housing market, and I have done my research and shopped around. She has been able to find the best rate and financing terms every single time. When issues came up she handle them right away and followed up promptly. She treated me like I was her only customer. I would highly recommend her to my own family and friends!

  Denise was absolutely wonderful. The idea of buying a house was kind of last minute and not even something we thought we'd be able to do. But Denise ensured us that the idea wasn't as crazy as we thought. She put an endless amount of time and effort into helping us through the process as well! Let me tell you. This process consisted of so many extra steps that it could have easily made anyone walk away from the decision to buy a house. BUT with Denise. Our frustrations were quickly calmed and she was with us every step of the way! The second we started feeling lost or confused as to what was going on she was right there with the answers. She even anticipated questions before we asked them, sometimes it was like she could read our minds. It was so comforting to know that we had someone with her knowledge, skills, and dedication. We knew we were not going through this process alone. She stayed in contact every step of the way and always encouraged us to keep going despite how frustrating some of it came to be. It was never "you'll get through it and get the right documents" instead it was ALWAYS "I'm right here and WE'LL get through this". She is one of those people that truly enjoys their job and she's FANTASTIC at what she does. She is dedicated and caring. We could not have asked for a better person.
