  Phenom [ fee-nom, fi-nom ] Noun. Especially: a person of phenomenal ability. Definition of phenom: Denise Panza! We have had the sincere pleasure of working with Denise since the early fall of 2021. The fierce market has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. After submitting multiple offers only to be outbid again and again, it left us feeling we couldn't compete in the current market. Denise was always a positive force, and her personal care is genuine. Fast forward to April 2022. Upon acceptance of our recent offer, everything moved at lightening speed. The appraisal was ordered and completed in one day, the mortgage commitment was written, and a settlement date was scheduled all within three weeks. The entire process was executed flawlessly! Throughout the entire process, Denise was always at the top of her game. She promptly responded to every email and question we had, and it didn't matter if it was after hours, over the weekend, or during her vacation. She always made herself available, even while traveling on a plane! I quickly learned that Denise truly loves her work as it's reflected in everything she does, her qualities are a rarity! Denise was instrumental in making our dreams a reality, and I will always consider Denise a friend. Thank you for being wonderful you!
