Joe should be your guy when it comes to getting your loan & doing the numbers he was very helpful along with my realtor Gavin, they work perfect together & got me & my wife into a newly constructed 2022 home.       Joe was great to work with. From beginning to end. He will help you get a loan that works best for you and your situation. He will assess your finances and then develop different scenarios, so that you can see which mortgage payment works best for you. He answered all questions, even repeated ones. Any issues that we ran into were resolved before closing. Joe said we would close in about 30 days which we did. Joe is your go to person for your mortgage needs!
