      TERRIBLE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER FOR THESE PEOPLE. THEY NEVER LISTEN AND THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE THAN WHAT IS FAIR. IN MY CASE THE VEHICLE HAS HAD TO HAVE AN ENGINE REPLACEMENT TWICE!!! THEY SET UP A PTP FOR THE ISSUES I'VE EXPERIENCED AND TURNED AROUND AND ACTED LIKE THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT.

      I have been trying to get a letter guerentee aswell as my attorney and my insurance I keep getting the run around worst company to go to I recommend going to carmax better deals and they help you don’t get stuck because you have bad credit or problems now days you can finance anywhere with minimum 1000 or 1500 i repeat do not go here desert finance is a joke I’m filing a law suit against them I have already submitted to the better business aswell I’m not saying this because I’m not trying to pay on the contrary I’m trying to pay off the car that was total loss and they will not give me the documents I need or that all state requires
