      I've been with TW for over 10 years. Never had any problems or complaints. My branch's staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall I'm very pleased with all aspects of my TruWest experience.

      Not the branch, but TruWest the organization are crooks plain and simple. Received a $35 dollar charge because my CC company attempted to take my payment before a check cleared, but was still in my account. My old credit union would have reversed the charge instantly because the funds were there, not TruWest. Sell out to Wells Fargo, your predatory fees and charging practices are right in line with the worst of the worst.
