We are extremely happy with DFCU and especially Lynn Winegart! We became Executors of a friend's estate and suddenly had to set up an estate account, with all that involves. Lynn could not have been nicer, more patient or more professional in helping us through the whole process! It took coordination with us, her legal dept., and even credit reporting agencies to finalize it... and she never once was impatient with our repeated questions! As a result, we are maintaining not only an estate acct at her branch, but also a personal account!

I deposited my paycheck and I'm being told that I won't have any money until the 11th of July. That's 17 days from now. So you're telling me that I can't get gas, pay my phone bill or get groceries for 17 days? I'd rather close my account and go with a bank that won't screw me over.

Daniel was wonderful, but your receipts are very hard to understand. It didn't look like I'd made a deposit into my sons' accounts. Since I was making transfers and deposits for four of us it was confusing. Your system needs to be easier to understand by those of us who are not bankers.
