      It took a while for us to be seen by a banker, but the service was excellent and he went out of his way to make sure that all of our banking needs were met. I highly recommend this bank as well as their mobile app.

      I have never been so dissatisfied. When you need a one-on-one banker you wait forever and then on top of it you can't even get silly little things accomplished with the one-on-one banker like I let her stating how much deposits you get a year. The guy is super lazy. And the ladies act like they are better then you. I'm very disappointed with service I've gotten just for asking for a letter about my account.

      This credit union goes above and beyond their job descriptions to help people with their accounts. My Mom has recently passed, and myself and Dad have been in many many many times and I have yet to come across a day or experience that hasn't been pleasant.
