      Excellent customer service!! We have been dealing with a check that was sent by our insurance company to define mortgage for a year. We walked in and spoke with Michelle and she contacted the people she needed to get what we needed. Michelle then went the next day and picked up our check herself and met with us that morning!! We appreciate her and how hard she worked for us!! Thank you Michelle!!

      I have been so pleased with the customer service at this branch that it has inspired me to take the time to write a review. Michelle, (the assistant branch manager), has been nothing but pleasant to work with! She is professional, kind, genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She has truly gone above and beyond to help me with an auto refinance. The team that she works with has also been extremely helpful throughout the process as well. They truly make you feel like they have your best interest at heart and want to help you make the best financial decisions. I would absolutely recommend this bank and more specifically this branch for any financial needs.

      When trying to get gas money out for my vehicle, the ATM confiscated my debit card, did not return in and told me to contact my banking institution. Well this happened on a Saturday, so no branches or customer service was open at that time. Which left me stranded with no gas in the middle of a pandemic and the 108° sun until I was able to get further transportation from family. Never use this ATM save your time and save your debit card from being confiscated and have no other means of financial resources.
