      Joe Garza is the man to ask for. My situation was a little unusual.... trying to refinance my Gilbert home.... with a lot of cash transactions my credit history was a little bare. Joe worked the numbers and put in a lot of extra effort. He interviewed a lot of lenders on my behalf until we found the perfect fit. He advocated on my behalf. He kept me very well appraised of all developments and told me exactly what we needed to do as a team effort for success. I recommend him enthusiasticly without hesitation and wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future. P.S. The Two other companies I talked to gave up and quit. Joe won't quit on you. I wouldn't have my loan without his expert advice and guidance.

      I shopped around a lot. This was the best rate by far with the fewest fees. It was super quick and painless to do our refi with Olympus, a few hours to do everything and we are saving over $200 a month! Great people. Update: Just bought our second house through olympus. They are amazing, the cheapest in the market. They pushed to make all of the deadlines happen on time!
