The older gentleman today was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had simple questions on modular homes vs double wide mobile homes. He then talked down at me like I didn't know anything. And he began talking about they don't hold conform to building codes but most of them do and my friend who is a master electrician stated any new mobile home has to conform to all state and national building codes. Will never go here again.

You are not comparing apples to apples is all. Most are not happy with their HUD code products. I have been here a long time and simply tried to warn you and hope you at least buy a real home. I wish you luck and thanks for stopping in to see our Homes!
