  I was very disappointed in our experience with Jonathan. He was recommended to us by close friends so we expected the best. He was great for right at a month and then he completely cut off all communication with us while we were trying to put offers on houses. He never text us back, called us back or emailed us back just out of no where. We still haven’t heard from him in months and went with someone different.

  Hey Sarah, I hate you feel that way, but wanted to point out that I originally got in contact with you in February, I helped and pointed out everything you guys needed to do and work through in order to get approved, I won't get into detail for confidentiality reasons. I then followed up with you for 4 months, mulitiple times a week calling and checking in to ensure ya'll were still ready and every property ya'll looked at I sent a pre approval to your realtor to ensure you had an opportunity to put in a offer. I believe it was 5 different properties. That is fine if you went with someone else, but I feel that I made every attempt to point ya'll in the right direction and try to get you in a home.   I did a refinance on my rental property with Jonathan Webb. This was the most relaxed and smooth experience I've ever had doing a mortgage. Communication was great, and that is something I'm picky about. The closing, which is usually very unfun, was relaxed and over painlessly. I would recommend Jonathan to handle your mortgage 100٪. If it is your first home purchase, do yourself a favor and at least enjoy it some.
