  Devin was great to work with! He explained things to me so I would understand. Any questions or concerns I had I could call him and he would take his time and go over them with me! I came across Devin in a time that I was feeling defeated with purchasing a home and wanted to give up. When I I was done having a discussion with him I no longer felt defeated but had a really good feeling of relief that owning my home was a reality again! Thank you for everything Devin without meeting you I would have given up the home buying process and still been a renter!

  We had the opportunity to work with Devin Rosa from Primary Residential Mortgage. He was very attentive and supportive. He was able to get us a loan that worked for and fit the budget that we wanted. Not only did Devin get us a loan, he referred us to a great realtor, Renee Moussally, who got us into our beautiful home. Devin answered every question any time we needed. He set up our realtor, insurance company and lawyers. Idk if that was his responsibility but he did everything all while treating us like family. This journey was a long one but it was so worth it.
