My wife and I bought our first home thru Primary. We just sold and bought a new home! We had Jon Joubert as our Loan Officer both times! Jon is completely amazing! From start too finish he is with you all the way. He tells you what you need too get it done! He is straight forward and very professional and so easy too deal with and talk too! Hi all, I started my quest to become a first time homeowner a couple of months ago. I was expecting it to be a long confusing process that made me want to pull my hair out... I was wrong. Devin and his team made the process very easy to understand and he answered every question I had (even the dumb ones) clearly. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and quick to get back to me, even if I texted him at 10 pm he got back to me. All in all 5 stars is not enough he deserves 10. I highly recommend prmi and specifically Devin if you are looking to buy a home, he will treat you right. Great person, great company, 10 more stars from me!!
