      Worst credit union ever. Their special employees really need some sensitivity training while people are suffering from the pandemic but over here it is ALWAYS the customers fault - your account gets compromised and not only do they NOT inform you - they also withhold information... When someone asks you for help or what they need to do to bring their account back up maybe and this is just an idea but MAYBE tell them. Help them understand what they need to do instead of throwing them back under the bus. I understand you guys make your money off of others misfortunes but this is ridiculous. Your staff is so disrespectful and nonchalant that it's disgusting. We will be getting our account closed ASAP. If you love your family and friends don't let them get roped into this nuthouse, they'll be taken advantage of next. Guaranteed! I've been going here for 10+ years and they've changed for the worst. They're more interested in making money off you rather than securing your funds during a pandemic or even in general.
