      Moved from Germany to Ann Arbor. Darlene was superfriendly and managed everything for my debit account. Questions via email are always answered quick and helpful. And I had a lot of questions since European and US Bank systems are slightly different. I really can recommend that branch.

      Just a terrible entity overall. It’s a little hard to help people with their credit if you won’t let the people that need help join. Just another big bank that only cares about $$$ and not the customer. After reading all the terrible reviews it sounds like I dodged a bullet.
