Run from them. Teresa Memoli is the branch manager and she refused to include my husbands salary because he was not going to get a check from north Carolina and I could not carry both my Missouri home and this one alone. We were forced to close on our house first which the buyers loan did not go through. I requested my husbands income added continuously and she would either not reply or she would tell me it's just easier to wait for the people in Missouri to get funding. Here I am sitting in a hotel weeks after I should of been in my home simply because she is incompetent and lazy. Our home closed in Missouri after I reapplied with a lender in Missouri and have the loan done but now the house we were to buy from DRHorton is not livable due to structural issues. Funny Teresa had the nerve to ask me to close with her the day she found out we closed in Missouri and had a new lender. She is now making me angry enough to tell the world the issues with the house! All things happen for a reason but DHI mortgage is not a company I will ever do business with again
