      We could not have asked for a better experience. 11/10. Six out of five stars. This was our first time buying a home and we didn't use a realtor, so Benton was our go-to when it came to all of our mortgage questions. He even let us call him to go over numbers at 8 pm when he was off of work. Not only were they responsive and patient, but they also paid almost all of our closing costs through different incentives, and even paid extra when our appraisal came in low, even though they didn't have to. Our interest rate was way lower than we anticipated and they were always quick to make adjustments to documents when things were a little bit off.

      Going through DHI was a horrible experience. Terrible at communicating and so last minute on everything. We got pushed back on our closing date because DHI sent over our loan last minute to get reviewed. Overall horrible experience.
