      Always Service with a Smile very disappointed they are ending their shared branching agreement. I will have to change Credit Unions with much regret.

      I just HAD to come on here and review my experience today. Tyson went above and beyond.. and I mean ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me in my loan application. I have never in my life came across someone that genuinely cared to hear about my circumstances and do what he can to help me out. I’ve been crying in the parking lot for 15 minutes because I just can’t believe how helpful and amazing he was. If I could give 20 stars I would. Tyson, thank you again. This branch is extremely lucky to have someone as caring and considerate as you. You have no idea how much you helped me out today. I pray God multiples your blessings times ten!

      Unfortunately I forgot the name of the young man who helped me, but he was extremely patient and helpful, so he deserves recognition. I got there 30 min before they were closing, and he still took the time to listen to what I needed and answered all my questions. He offered an ipad and helped me set my online account guiding me step by step. He even went above and beyond by googling how to set my account from another bank, so I could do auto payments through the app.
