      This review is for Denise Weaver NMLS #594388, home-buying is a stressful process. She has been helpful, very thorough and communicates with my wife a I. Every time I call she picks up and responds to my email same day. I switched lenders Becuase my last lender never replied to me or picked up. Denise explains things well and she will make sure everything is in order. I’m happy I heard about DHI and met Denise. It’s hard to find people that you can trust these days let alone depend on to be open and honest with you. I’m very honest and I will recommend Denise. Most of these reviews on the company are bad and mention bad communication but I haven’t had any of those issues. Thank you Denise

      This company is incompetent and a total disaster. Don’t even think about dealing with these people. They don’t return phone calls or emails and you will definitely be late on your closing because nobody can do their job.

      If you're planning on using this company dont work with Jacqulyn Kagan. She speaks to clients with condescending voice and not willing to work on you if she knows she won't get a lot of money from you. We also saw her in People's court show and she declare herself on national tv that she is a gold digger. Overall, she is very unprofessional and seems very greedy. Work with another loan officer but not with her
