If I could give them zero stars I would. If you can go somewhere else I would as well. The disrespect towards special needs people is absolutely unacceptable. An email was sent stating that a client who will be coming in to close soon needs accommodations and none were provided. The client brought someone in who would have read slowly, loudly, and clearly, in additon to explaining every little detail of the documents such as breaking down what everything means, the title company did not accept and forced the client to be alone in a room (you could facetime but you cannot see or hear clear enough in the room) and sign documents that they felt pressured into without any comprehending. When client asked questions, the notary would respond with incorrect answers. An explain would be what is this word and she would give yes or no answer. The company's policy to wear masks and limit the amount of people in the room is understandable. But when someone needs someone to speak slowly, loudly, and clearly along with explaining every document their staff couldn't accommodate for nor tried to. Zero effort was given. In the nicest way possible she told the client to shut up and sit down, you only have twenty minutes to sign everything till the next group comes in.

I closed on Oct 6th drove 40 miles 1 way to be told I couldn't get my check till today which I asked to be direct deposited. Office manager would not approve wire transfer. So no I have drive back tomorrow to get my money. Its 2020 for Pete's sake people have been wiring money forever. Not these people I would look to another title company given the choice.
