      Cheryl was awesome to work with. She made the entire process extremely easy. She took care of all details and I always felt she was working in our best interests. I could trust and value her opinion when I had questions. Also the closing company was very efficient and easy. I would completely recommend Diamond and especially working with Cheryl.

      I would have given them a better score as they were responsive with our home purchase. But before our first payment, we received a notice from possibly the worst ever mortgage company saying that diamond sold our mortgage to them. Now we have to deal with the shadiest company I have ever seen. When we were first talking to diamond, I asked specifically if they sell off their loans and was told that they do not. We were lied to the whole time. Shame on you, this is borderline predatory.
