  If you are buying or selling and want a Lake Geneva Area expert we strongly recommend Bob Webster. Living out of state we called Bob in the peak of a snow covered Wisconsin winter. Bob listed our property, had it under contract in 3 days, and closed for top dollar within a month. His expertise in all areas, particularly pricing, was phenomenal, and we could have not asked for a better result. He is the ultimate professional and our most trusted advisor in Lake Geneva Area real estate. Overall a fantastic experience!

  My wife aand I recently listed and sold our home in Lake Geneva with the help of Bob. All too often people have a tendency to over promise and under deliver. Bob consistenty under promised and over delivered. He was there for us every step of the way. He made the entire process as seamless as possible. I would tell anyone thinking of hiring an agent to either list their home or have Bob assist them in their search for a home to look no furture and employ Bob.......period.

  Emailed Bob on June 22, July 6 and July 17. Bob completely ignores his emails, doesn't care to list properties unless it's worth it financially for him. After emailing from 2 different emails to confirm that I didn't go to Spam, this agency is a sad representation of Realtors at Lake Geneva. If you want a real estate agency who never answers or replies this is the perfect one for you.

  Mr. Spivak I'd like to let you know that your experience back in July of 2018 is not consistent with the way I strive to run my real estate practice on a day to day basis. This is my 43rd year of being in the real estate business in Lake Geneva after having started in the business working for my father in 1978. I have constantly been one of the top producing agents for the company I've been with for the last 24 years, Keefe Real Estate, Inc. In 2020 I was awarded the distinction of being the highest producing agent with over 50 million dollars of production volume, but I assure you that I try to treat every potential customer inquiry and every new customer encounter with the same level of courtesy and try to offer the highest level of service I can, regardless of the sale price. I honestly have no recollection of your email correspondence and although I won't say I didn't receive them, knowing that this appeared to have happened just before and after a busy 4th of July Holiday, I can just share with you that these can be some of the busiest times for us who work in a resort and second home market and it's not unusual for me to work several weeks in a row during the summer without a day off and often from sunup until sundown trying to keep up with showing appointments, phone calls and Emails. If we did in fact drop the ball, I apologize to you for that. Your assertion that I completely ignore my Emails is not accurate, you might be surprised to learn that I regularly receive between 100 and 200 Email messages everyday! Not all of that Email that I receive is business related, much of it is in fact actually spam with many offers trying to sell me things I don't want or need and much of it contains offers to supply me with millions of dollars from royalty in foreign countries like Nigeria, reminders that my car warranty is about to expire and of course a lot of offers for easy ways to make money as well as easy ways to lose weight. The fact of the matter Eugene is that I have developed a very successful real estate business and I have actually been able to consistently hand off some of my overflow business to many of the other agents in my company, when I get over booked with appointments or over committed. I assure you that had I received your Email messages, rather than ignoring them I would have likely offered to have one of my colleagues in my office help and assist you to make your your real estate experience a positive one. That sir, is the way I do business and is one of the main reasons I have been able to survive and thrive in real estate business in Lake Geneva for the last 43 years. ;)
