  I had such a wonderful experience with Diane. I am a first time home buyer so I was very nervous and had a lot of questions, but Diane was able to answer everything and made me feel very at ease during the whole process. She was quick to respond and worked well with both me and my agent to get everything done as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  My real estate agent recommended that I use a local lending office for the home buying process, and I am extremely happy I did. Diane helped me tremendously. She was highly responsive and always returned my emails, text messages, and phone calls within a few minutes and provided a quality of service I think difficult to replicate. My home buying process became extremely complex toward the end and Diane was there to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. Additionally, she brought in a nice gift basket during closing. Nice touch!
