  Chris was amazing to work with!! He was not high pressure and very thorough. I needed a car right away and they delivered to Boise the next day. He explained everything to me and got me into my dream car at an affordable monthly payment after I was told by a local company that I could not get into my dream car because of my situation. Thank you so much and I would recommend them to everyone!!

  Worked with Chris Hoyt, was great at communicating initially, sent everything he asked for, he then let me know the lender I was approved for and the amount I was approved for, and was supposed to call me following day to set up terms of delivery, I text him to see when that would happen to find out that the lender "changed terms and his boss was working on fixing it" well after 3 days of waiting for a reply and not getting one, he ghosted me and never followed up. I just finished a chapter 7 bankruptcy and it already hard enough getting honest answers, but I feel now that he was only looking for a sale, and all the kind words etc. was a just a honeypotting technique. I thoroughly do not reccomend them. Honesty and straightforward responses is all I was looking for, not a bunch if bull.

  My wife and I can not say enough compliments regarding our experience with Dicks Auto Loans! Everyone that we came in contact with from our initial phone call to meeting the gentlemen in the Service Department were very friendly, competent and highly professional! We were very lucky to work with such a nice individual named Chris Hoyt. He assisted us with all the financial requirements and then gave us the keys to our new vehicle! Thanks again Chris !
