Never have I met someone who is so unprofessional as Melissa Chan. She was just so incredibly rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. Definitely would not recommend.

Is trouble bank, they send me invalid debit card is not connecting with my checking account, than the bank charge $10/m fee for un-used. How can I use invalid card , the branch officer they can not find out why the card is invalid, they Not try to fixed the problem. They charge me three months fee .
