  The service attitude is very bad, yelling at me, the work efficiency is slow and waiting for an hour, very disappointed. I went here to apply for a bank card and waited for almost an hour, then a fat long-haired female staff member received me with a very arrogant attitude. I did not understand the business of applying for a bank card. I asked a question and she rushed me. Yelling and yelling, as if she wanted to fight with me. The card I applied for has never been received. In the United States, time is money, but it has been 20 days and I have not received my card. I want to find her name and job number. I will definitely complain to her. This American bank in Flushing is really bad, bad, bad, bad
