      Love this bank all of the staff here are so friendly. N when I needed a loan for a new car it was nothing easy as can be no hassle what so ever they are a great bank I wouldn't go anywhere els

      I called Directions credit union in Monroe on July 5th and requested to speak to the IRA section. Of course, I could not speak with a person. Had to leave a message with my phone number, It has now been 30 hours and nobody has bothered to call me. Must be either your business is so good, or your staff doesn't give a hoot.
