  We had a fairly complex and unconventional transaction and other lenders told us that what we wanted could not be done. Steven Seim was able to put our conventional loan together with the interest we had hoped for in a timely and efficient manner. He and his team were professional, courteous, helpful, oh so patient and were always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns. As I get older I find those qualities very important. I must say it was a pleasant and reasonably stress free experience. I would highly recommend Steven and his team to anyone.

  They do not take care of their Veteran's and do not return calls. We were in a huge time crunch and Eric had said he would try and help. Talked to him a few times and then he never called back. Never answered emails even letting us know he couldn't help. Even if they couldn't do a loan it is respectful to return phone calls and emails. Another company we went through had done everything wrong so got referred here. Bad experience. Go to Oswego Mortgage if you're a Veteran. They got our loan and closed it within 2 wks and saved our home.

  I visited my son and daughter-in-law's new home in Salem this past Saturday. They are so happy and they could not stop talking about how awesome you were in helping them through the whole mortgage process. They felt you were always on their side and really worked hard and that you returned calls promptly and explained stuff to them really well. Thanks for doing an awesome job. You made me look like a superstar for referring you to them!
