      Steve & his entire team are amazing! I have a new real estate investment company here in DC and I flipped/assigned my first contract for a vacant property here in DC. I closed with District Title on May 30th, 2022. They understand wholesaling, investor financing, assignment fees and getting you the most money or saving money on a deal. His team flows together seamlessly in how they work and communicate with each other. Everyone of them, shout to Darryln & Karlen who worked with me directly in processing my deal, deliver top notch customer service with amazing attention to every single detail. I ended up not needing transactional funding to close my deal, however, they offer that service also if needed. Thank you District Title!

      Stand clear of this place - I'm speaking regarding employment opportunities. One of the worst in the business, Owner of the company is rude, disrespectful and has no indication of a solid and capable employee. All the stories are true, he is a screamer, disrespectful and the only reason he is still in business is because his clientele see's this place as convenient. Thank you for telling me I have applied to you for over 10 years, LOL, it was because I thought your company may be a place for me to ground my feet in and make a home, but I see that this was one of my worst decisions ever. Your company is one of the only companies in this area who is ALWAYS looking for PROCESSORS and the reason why is because you don't know how to treat PEOPLE. When you learn to consider your employees as PEOPLE, that make you MONEY and are valuable, maybe you can keep some good ones!!! Happy New Years!!!
