      Nearly 12 years ago Rob helped me buy a wonderful little condo in Alexandria, Virginia. As of this past Wednesday Rob helped me sell that same condo and make a really nice profit. Both experiences (buying and selling) with Rob were seamless. He answered all my questions, was always available, and made sure that I got the best deal possible. Rob was recommended to me by my best friend, who has bought twice with him in the last 15 year. Rob is now considered the "family" realtor for us in the DMV. You cannot go wrong with hiring Rob to be your realtor, whether in buying or selling. I'm proof of that!

      Mar 2022 (Selling): Years ago, Rob helped me buy my house. Working with Rob then was amazing! So, when I decided to sell my house, I knew I was going with Rob again. Because of the recommendations Rob made throughout the process about the state of the market, what to do and what not to do, I was able to sell my house crazy fast for considerably over asking under a super clean (simple and easy) contract. Rob made what could have been a very stressful process an incredibly smooth, easy, no stress and financially beneficial one. Absolutely recommend him!!!! June 2017 (Buying): Rob was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient and understanding! He expertly helped us research our options, navigate the market, and eventually purchase our first home together!! He was so awesome that we referred him to two other families, who also purchased their new homes from him. If we ever decide to move again, Rob will definitely be our go to realtor for selling our current place and buying our next one! He's AWESOME!!!!!!
