      Been meaning to post this review for a bit now. Very happy to have worked with DMCU on my auto loan. The rate they were offering was higher than the dealership, but I wanted to build a relationship with this bank as I'd heard great things from my coworkers. Not only did they bring down their rate to almost match the dealership, but on the day I came to pick up the check they surprised me by telling me they were offering a promotion of 1% back for anyone who obtained an auto loan from them and they'd deposited the money in my savings account. It covered more than half my first month's payment and ultimately reduced my interest expense to below what it would have been from Toyota. Planning on using them for a home loan soon. Great customer service, would highly recommend

      As before I mentioned the service from Diversified C/U is great. Leah Smith Dale is outstanding, whenever I have a problem that needed fixing,she has gone out of way to help. My family has been helped by her one way or another. She is Gold 🪙, I wrote this because she definitely should be recognized for her years of service, dedication to her job. Thankyou 🙏.

      Rachel the Member Service Representative was well informed about what banking services are offered which came to no surprise because she’s a Certified Credit Union Financial Coach,She made me feel as if I didn’t have anything to worry about when presenting my financial information and she was very patient with me.
