      Horrible customer service. Accidentally put the wrong last name on a money transfer I placed. Gave me a number to call to have the change submitted in the system; despite that I’m calling during business hours I can not get a hold of someone. A great customer experience shouldn’t require such a hassle. My family has traveled out the way two times to pick up the money I sent and haven’t been able to retrieve it. I feel robbed and disappointed.
