  Sometimes the line on the drive-thru takes longer but the service is good I would like to have a branch close to me in Baytown nothing on this side not even a ATM 🥺🥺

We are also a part of the CO-OP Shared Branch & ATM network, which gives you access to over 5,000 Shared Branch and 30,000 surcharge-free ATM locations nationwide.   The App is the worst ever. There’s never a time I was able to open it. It goes round and round and then say your time is up what’s that: upgrade the App !!!Very bad.

We recommend that you try deleting your current app and downloading the latest app by searching for "FSCU Digital Banking" in the app store.   Rude and incompetent. Transferring money from an account to make a loan payment was too complicated for the teller to do. Training in customer service and banking procedures is needed. Worst experience so far with FSCU. Other branches are polite and do their jobs quickly and competently. Highly suggest you go to another branch if possible. Update: Spoke with the branch manager and all he could say is how this employee is normally helpful and friendly. He did not offer to help by doing the transfer over the phone or offer any solutions. I had to call and wait on hold for 25 minutes to get an employee at another branch to assist in transferring the funds.
