      The people who work here are incredibly nice and tolerant (or at least capable of pretending to be tolerant enough) when you're still new or ask questions most people already know the answer to. Only gave a 4 out of 5 because when I made my account, the guy who put in my information put in the wrong address despite it being printed right there, and it cost me more money to have another card sent out. However, despite that initial issue, it has been smooth sailing ever since with no random fees or anything.
